Q: What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
A: If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support immediately with photos and a description and we will be able to help.

Q: Do you provide free shipping?
A: Yes. All orders qualify for free standard shipping.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, cancellations may not be possible if processing has started. Contact support as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

Q: Do you have a physical store?
A: Comfirty is online-only and we do not have physical retail locations.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping or gift cards?
A: At this time, gift wrapping and gift cards are not available.
