30-Day Return & Refund Policy
Our refund policy lasts 30 days, and covers defective items, items damaged in transit and other non-detective reasons if eligible after contacting us through the information found below. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds & Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at support@comfirty.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will ask you to include pictures of the damaged items (if that is the case of your request) as well as your proof of purchase.
Once your return is approved, we will send out a replacement if available and if that is what you choose instead of the refund. If a replacement is not available within the first 30 days, we will accept your product return and refund the full purchase price of your item.
If the product was damaged upon delivery, we will take charge of the shipping and return cost for the customer. However, if the product was received properly but was damaged within the first 30 days after the delivery was made, the customer is fully in charge of the return including its cost.
Note that we do not charge any restocking fee.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Comfirty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Comfirty will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
